Vegan Secret Supper {VSS}
VSS is a roving supper club in Montréal, New York and Vancouver. At the moment VSS is based in Montréal. Chef Mérida re-imagines vegan cuisine with unexpected flavours in a visually stunning presentation. This ongoing project of community dining in unusual settings is the sole creation of Chef Mérida and has been running since 2007. More can be found about Mérida here.
Everything is handmade in house,vegan, local and organic. Soy is mostly avoided.
Gluten and soy, and most other allergies can be worked around, with prior notice.
We do private suppers for groups of 8 or more.
